Alan Q. said he chose this word because “Wanderlust is a word that is part of us all, with its desire to travel and discover. Curiosity is an essential part of who we are, and wanderlust is a special and little known curiosity. Wanderlust itself is a magical sounding word, linked with our desire to see new lands and fulfill our individual potential.”

Kim Vy N: said she chose this word because “not enough people know about it. It is the sign of adventure and excitement. There is not enough people who crave for wanderlust and not enough who admire its works. If this word is word of the day it shall inspire some people out tree to go for it. That is why I chose this word.”

Don’t forget that this word is borrowed from German. Wanderlust literally means the “desire to wander or roam and travel about.”
